WASTE MANAGEMENT

circular economy for solar panels

Thanks to advanced recycling processes like those developed by Soren, a state-approved partner, aluminum-framed crystalline silicon solar panels can achieve a recycling rate of up to 94%. This approach allows components to be reintegrated into production or repurposed for energy recovery, contributing to broader circular economy efforts.

Office waste, construction waste: measure, recycle, reduce

In 2025, Amarenco produced 309 tonnes of waste across all categories, including 2 tonnes of hazardous waste. These 2 tonnes relate to asbestos removal operations as part of solar projects on old roofs.

In France, the waste from our projects is measured on a case-by-case basis and treated for recycling in accordance with regulations. To this end, we work with Tri n collect & Geode environnement on all our projects < 500kWc, which ensure the collection, sorting and management of construction-site waste, with supporting documentation provided for each site.

Our ambition is to extend a precise and exacting monitoring system to all our geographical areas.
