Fond\u00e9e en Irlande en 2013, Amarenco est une entreprise engag\u00e9e dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables, notamment l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire photovolta\u00efque, qui \u00e9tend progressivement ses activit\u00e9s au stockage de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Son nom, inspir\u00e9 de la fleur d\u2019amarante, symbolise la r\u00e9silience et la vitalit\u00e9. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, Amarenco a su \u00e9voluer avec succ\u00e8s d\u2019un gestionnaire d\u2019investissements \u00e0 un producteur ind\u00e9pendant d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (IPP), en \u00e9tablissant une solide pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 travers l\u2019Europe, notamment en Espagne, au Portugal, en Irlande et en France, avec des projets embl\u00e9matiques tels que le site de stockage Claudia. <\/p>

Entre 2020 et 2025, Amarenco a lev\u00e9 630 millions d\u2019euros pour soutenir sa croissance internationale via des acquisitions et des partenariats. En 2020, l\u2019entreprise a lanc\u00e9 le programme ECHO, incarnant son engagement r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif, renforc\u00e9 ensuite par le programme Butterfly en collaboration avec AXA Climate. En 2024, Amarenco a sign\u00e9 son premier contrat d\u2019achat d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif (Corporate PPA), associant g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de revenus et restauration des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. <\/p>

\u00c0 ce jour, Amarenco entre dans une phase d\u2019industrialisation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, visant l\u2019autofinancement gr\u00e2ce aux revenus de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, \u00e0 l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie financi\u00e8re et au recyclage de capital.
