During fiscal year 2025, the IT department continued to strengthen its governance and its risk-management approach to ensure the security, continuity and performance of our information systems.
As part of this approach, a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) was carried out to identify the company’s critical processes, assess the potential impacts of major incidents and define recovery priorities. This analysis is a key element of our operational resilience strategy.
Raising employees’ awareness of cybersecurity issues also remains a priority. To this end, we regularly run awareness campaigns via the platform Pistachio, strengthening good security practices and fostering a culture of vigilance at all levels of the organisation.
Our cybersecurity policy is based on the recommendations of the French National Agency for the Security of Information Systems (ANSSI). These frameworks guide our actions on system protection, risk management and the continuous improvement of our security posture.
Furthermore, the organisation of the IT department has been strengthened through clarification of responsibilities and the formalisation of the team’s organisational chart. This development promotes more effective governance and better coordination of technological activities.
To support the company’s growth and strengthen our internal capabilities, two strategic hires were made: a Head of IT, responsible for leading digital transformation and the governance of information systems, and a SCADA Engineer, whose expertise contributes to securing and optimising industrial systems and critical infrastructure.
These actions demonstrate our commitment to developing robust digital governance, strengthening the resilience of our operations and sustainably supporting the company’s performance.
