Lead’In Lotus: strengthening leadership
and project management skills
Building on the Lead’In programme, which supported four cohorts of operational managers representing nearly 50 employees over a ten-month period, the company launched Lead’In Lotus, a new format designed to meet the challenges of organisational transformation.
This condensed five-day programme focuses on developing two key skills: leadership and project management. These levers are essential for supporting teams, fostering cooperation and ensuring the success of projects in an ever-changing environment.
Lead’In Lotus also includes modules on communication and collective intelligence, essential skills for strengthening collaboration practices and promoting a more cross-functional working dynamic.
This programme, open to a broader audience including members of the Excom and the Leadership Team, as well as employees from across the company, aims to develop a common language, share consistent managerial practices and reinforce the collective culture.
Through this approach, the company pursues its commitment to skills development, continuous learning and the promotion of a managerial culture founded on cooperation, engagement and responsibility.
