In 2025, the renewal of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications confirms the robustness of our integrated management system. This recognition attests to our sustained commitment to quality, the environment and health and safety, as well as our ability to implement robust practices focused on performance and risk management.
In this spirit, we continue to strengthen our QHSE organisation to support the growth and internationalisation of our activities. An internal capability dedicated to coordinating international project sites has thus been consolidated, enabling better harmonisation of practices, strengthened anticipation of local issues and improved safeguarding of on-site operations.
Our QHSE approach also extends to all our partners. In 2025, the HSE qualification of EPC contractors and subcontractors was strengthened, moving from a primarily declarative approach to a more comprehensive and structured assessment of their HSE maturity.
This development allows better alignment with our requirements and helps strengthen risk control throughout the project delivery chain. It represents a structuring step towards stronger integration of prevention considerations into our supplier relationships.
Continuing this work, a new step will be taken in 2026 with the systematic integration of an assessment of our partners’ safety culture. This approach will complement the existing criteria by incorporating behavioural and organisational dimensions, in order to develop an ecosystem of partners fully committed to risk prevention.
Regulatory compliance is a key pillar of our QHSE performance internationally. In 2025, in-depth work was undertaken in Ireland to strengthen the understanding and monitoring of local HSE requirements, notably through the Red-on-line tool.
This first step enabled us to structure our regulatory monitoring approach and improve our ability to anticipate legal developments. In 2026, this system will be gradually rolled out to other countries of operation to ensure a high level of compliance and consistent management of regulatory requirements internationally.
